Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination:

Colombia: 2–5 business days  
International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.
